Lose It 2 End It: Mr. T vs Salads

Next time I'm thinking about complaining about salads, I pray I think of this

Next time I’m thinking about complaining about salads, I pray I think of this

When I have the ability to get and eat what I want, it becomes so easy to be ungrateful, picky, and offer complaints.  I can remember so many times when I didn’t have food to eat and other times when I could only eat once a day because I could not afford 3 meals and didn’t know of places around me that offered food. Some may say, “Well you have worked hard so you should be able to get and eat what you want.”  Maybe so, but it should not be followed by complaints when I don’t/can’t get what I want. When the complaints and bellyaching come, compassion, love, and empathy seem to be far from me and that’s something I simply can’t afford to lose.  #Grateful
